We have long felt that Peoria needed a nucleus to showcase its rich history and heritage as well as to host traveling exhibits from other museums.
The Peoria Riverfront Museum seems to be an ideal place for that purpose. The downtown Peoria river front area needs a focal point for its revitalization, and we are happy that this museum will be the catalyst for many more development opportunities for the heart of Peoria.
