The Laborers-Employers Cooperation & Education Trust was founded in 1988 to promote the benefits of using our skilled affiliated contractors along with our skilled and trained membership. Our organization contributed to the Riverfront Museum project in order to show our support for community and also our local labor unions and contractor associations. This project just shows what can be done with cooperation from everyoned involved.
